It was fun to do this style of poem. Monique posted one of her's on the web under the Buzz programme and so I thought it might be fun to try one as well. Darn, I cannot copy and paste it into this blog. Will have to type it all out again.
As I said, it was lots of fun to try and fit the words into a set format.
This is what came out of it:
In the Hush of the Forest
This is the poem that portrays life
in the depth of the forest
that uplifts my spirit
because red robin sings
because sound travels.
And when she is happy
I am content
this is the poem that transports me upward
in the deep hush of the forest
Far from the noisy city streets.
