Has the flu bug finally arrived for me?

Well, I had a wonderful healthy and great Christmas and New Years but last night, I started to ache all over, was freezing and feeling very tired.

This morning, I woke up feeling very unwell.  Think it may be the flu so may have to cancel all my activities for this week. 

Hopefully, with rest, it will depart and I will get back into my normal, active lifestyle soon.

I am very thankful that I had such a good holiday season.  In the past, I have had the flu around Christmas each year for quite a few years so now I am happy that I had such a lovely time.
